Data Entry Operator

Ruma Datatech maintains an ongoing requirement for data entry operators to support client processing programmes. The role involves structured capture and validation of information from forms, files and authorised system extracts, with disciplined exception handling and adherence to defined quality standards. Engagements are available on a full-time or part-time basis.
Candidate profile
- Demonstrated accuracy, consistency and attention to detail in data-handling work
- Working proficiency with spreadsheets and browser-based business applications
- Ability to follow documented procedures and escalate incomplete or conflicting items
- Availability for office-based delivery in Pune, on a full-time or part-time schedule
- Clear written and verbal communication for status updates and exception notes
