What we collect via the website
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, company name, business email, optional phone number, selected service, optional volume estimate, and project description you provide, plus the fact that you consented to this notice. When you submit a career application, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, selected role, optional cover note, and the resume file you upload.
How we use it
We use enquiry details solely to respond to your request, assess fit, and—if you ask—discuss a commercial engagement. Career application details and resumes are used only to evaluate employment or contractor suitability. We do not sell enquiry or applicant data.
Retention
Enquiry and application records are retained only as long as needed to handle the conversation or hiring process and ordinary business records (typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, employment process, or legal obligation). You may request deletion by emailing contact@rumadatatech.com.
What not to send
Do not submit sensitive personal data, full insurance application packs, KYC documents, or other confidential production files through the public website form. Share such materials only through channels agreed after NDA and engagement setup.
